Assembly tips

Cover preparation: Before inserting the new bladder, fully open the left side zipper and meticulously clean the inside of the fabric envelope. Carefully remove any sand, salt, or small sharp debris that could puncture and perforate the new PVC.

Installation and inflation: Lay the bladder flat inside the cover, making sure not to create any folds or twists. Correctly position the valve in its access well. Begin inflation very gradually to allow the chamber to naturally position itself in its housing, then adjust the pressure to the nominal value recommended by the manufacturer (generally 0.1 bar / 1.5 PSI).
