At Nesri Discount, we do everything possible to guarantee you a reliable, fast, and secure delivery.
Delivery methods
- La Poste for parcels under 30 kg
- Current carrier for bulky items
- In-house service for Paris and parts of Île-de-France
Delivery to the address indicated when confirming the order.
Delivery times
When the item is in stock:
- Shipping time: 3 to 8 business days
- Information verification after payment
- Preparation and packaging
- Handover to the carrier
Delivery time depends on the carrier's contract (between 10 AM and 6 PM).
Package not received or delayed
An investigation is automatically opened with the carrier.
- 21 days for La Poste
- 15 days for Chronopost
Receiving your order
- Conformity of products received
- Absence of visible damage
In case of anomaly, indicate detailed handwritten reservations on the delivery note, accompanied by your signature.
