Assembly Tips

Pre-cleaning: Before inserting the new bladder, fully open the right-side zipper and thoroughly clean the inside of the fabric cover. Remove any sand, salt residue, or small sharp debris that could puncture and perforate the new PVC.

Installation and inflation: Slide the bladder flat inside the envelope, ensuring no twists or creases. Position the valve correctly in its access well. Begin inflation very gradually to allow the chamber to expand uniformly in its housing, then adjust the pressure to the nominal value recommended by the manufacturer (typically 0.1 bar / 1.5 PSI).
