Assembly tips

Pre-cleaning: Before inserting the new bladder, fully open the right-hand side zipper and thoroughly clean the inside of the fabric cover. Remove any sand, salt, or small sharp debris that could puncture and perforate the new PVC.

Installation and inflation: Slide the bladder flat inside the envelope, being careful not to create twists or folds. Correctly position the valve in its access well. Begin inflation very gradually to allow the chamber to deploy evenly in its housing, then adjust the pressure to the nominal value recommended by the manufacturer (generally 0.1 bar / 1.5 PSI).
