Assembly tips: Before sliding the new bladder into place, fully open the bottom cover and meticulously clean the inside (by rinsing or using a vacuum cleaner). Remove any sand, salt, or small sharp gravel residue that could puncture and perforate the new PVC. Installation and inflation: Lay the bladder flat inside the casing, making sure not to create any creases or twists. Align the valve perfectly with its dedicated opening. Inflate very gradually to allow the chamber to position itself naturally, then adjust the pressure to the nominal value recommended by the manufacturer.
