Electric pasteurizer with heating coil and tubular heat exchanger. Simple operation through manual flow control and a digital display to monitor temperature. Using the 2-bottle filling system allows different bottle sizes to be filled at the same time. This pasteurizer is also available with a Bag in Box filling system.
The PA180 is a practical combination of a pasteurizing device and a filler, optionally available for filling bottles or bag-in-box. The system consists of an electrically heated water tank, through which the juice to be pasteurized flows from top to bottom through a tubular spiral while being preserved by heating. The raw juice tank is located above the water tank.
Bottle filling: The pasteurization temperature is controlled using a ball valve to regulate the flow. Filling is started and stopped by self-acting valves when bottles are placed and removed. Bottles with inner diameters from 17mm to 20mm can be filled as standard, with an optional plate available for wide-neck bottles up to 50mm outer diameter.
Bag-in-Box filling: The pasteurization temperature is controlled using the first ball valve to regulate the flow. The second ball valve is used to start and stop the filling process. The tap can be removed by a holder, which holds the tap during the filling process and helps to easily close the bag. A scale can be placed under the device to ensure accurate filling.
