The original Campingaz cooking bowl (technically divided or referenced in diagrams as parts 1, 2, and 3) is the main structural replacement part that forms the firebox of your 4 Series gas barbecue. Inside this large metallic bowl are housed the 4 stainless steel burners, heat diffusers, as well as the cooking grates and griddles.
Subjected directly and continuously to extremely high temperatures, ignited grease splatters, salty/acidic marinades, and outdoor humidity, a barbecue bowl is the most stressed part of the appliance. Over the years, the metal can eventually warp, corrode, or perforate. Assembly and Safety Instructions
Essential safety instructions: Before starting the procedure, always close the gas bottle, disconnect the regulator, and remove the bottle from the trolley. Allow the barbecue to cool completely.
Systematic installation: Replacing the cooking bowl is a major technical operation that requires disassembling a large part of the barbecue.

Remove the lid, remove the grates, burner tents, and carefully disassemble the stainless steel burner ramps as well as the piezoelectric ignition cables.

Unscrew the old bowl from its support frame.

Position the new bowl on the frame, secure it, then carefully reassemble the burners, ensuring that the gas injectors are perfectly aligned with the burner tube inlets.
