This Campingaz original integrated firebox support frame with windshield is an official structural spare part, designed for 3 Series and 4 Series gas barbecues (Classic, L, LX, EXS, etc. configurations). If your appliance's upper frame is deformed under the weight of the firebox, corroded by grease and moisture, or if the windshield is damaged, this original manufacturer's master part allows you to solidly restructure your barbecue's frame.

This part combines two essential functions:

1. The support frame (Base Frame): It provides a rigid and robust base to house and stabilize the cast iron or steel firebox on the trolley.

2. The windshield: It surrounds the technical area to protect the burners and flames from side drafts, thus ensuring a constant cooking temperature and excellent thermal efficiency.

Assembly tips

Essential safety instruction: Before any intervention, close the gas cylinder, disconnect the regulator and make sure the barbecue is completely cooled and emptied of its grates, heat diffusers and grease collection drawers.

Installation: The replacement of this structural part requires the complete removal of the firebox. When disassembling the old frame, make sure to note the location of the screws (we advise you to keep the original screw bag or to get the universal Campingaz screw bag ref. 5010003148). Position the new frame on the trolley, fix it securely, then carefully put the firebox back, making sure not to pinch the piezoelectric electrodes or the burner supply lines.
